Returns Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an eligible item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Important: Returns & Refunds for Medicines
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Prescription-only medicines (POMs)
- Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
- Pharmacy-only medicines
If you receive the wrong medication, a damaged package, or a faulty product, please contact us immediately. Do not use the medicine, and we will provide guidance on proper disposal and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Under UK regulations, medicines cannot be returned if you change your mind.
For other products, if your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or card provider’s policies.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will inspect all returned items before issuing a refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If your item is faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind on eligible products), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Small parcels up to 2kg: £4.25 (Estimated next working day delivery)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Small parcels up to 2kg: £3.95 (Estimated 2-3 working days delivery)
